At Ashleigh, we believe children learn best when their learning is purposeful and meaningful to them as individuals. Our aim is for every child to enjoy learning and develop the skills they need to thrive in all aspects of life.

In Percival Class, most learning takes place through whole-class teaching, carefully adapted to meet the needs of every child. For children who still need phonics support, we provide small group sessions led by experienced practitioners to ensure they get the help they need.

We also encourage independence and responsibility in learning. Children are supported to take pride in their own work and celebrate the achievements of others, creating a positive and respectful classroom environment.
